Mission:

Increase new client engagement by launching 100 new vendor campaigns in 100 days.

Challenge:

Prior to this campaign, new vendor engagement was steadily decreasing and total vendor investment per quarter was dropping.

Solution:

By launching 100 unique vendor campaigns within 100 days, we increased client engagement significantly for the year. Higher vendor engagement created deeper partnerships with many vendors desiring to invest significantly more with Carahsoft.

Results:

  • 103 campaigns successfully launched in 100 days. 18 campaigns launched personally

  • Roughly 200% increase in Q3 new vendor email campaign creation 

  • Roughly 25% increase in new vendor engagement post campaign

  • Carahsoft's Vice President, Natalie Gregory, personally commended this campaign as making Carahsoft history

Webinar Execution & Promotion

Mission:

Increase Public Sector-Focused Brand Awareness

Challenge:

IBM needed to promote a niche message tailored to public sector agencies to promote their watsonX.orchestrate AI capabilities to a market that relied on Microsoft Copilot. 

Solution:

I created a public sector-facing webinar that differentiated itself from its competitor by focusing on its unique value proposition. I promoted IBM's public sector message to DoD, IC, and CIV federal agencies.

Results:

  • 800% increase in total registration from previous campaign

  • Roughly 5% increase in customer engagement and open rate from 1st campaign

  • Roughly 380% increase in CTR (Click Through Rate) from previous campaign

Project Background:

Focus:

Vendor-hosted Onsite Lead Generation Campaign

Mission:

Drive a minimum of 100 total registrations toward an onsite event that is hosted and promoted internally.

Challenge:

This annually-hosted event had never been hosted at Carahsoft and there were challenges driving registration toward an event far from D.C. 

Solution:

I efficiently coordinated a venue space, production/AV services, content services, speaker/agenda details, and promotional services to seamlessly and successfully launch this onsite event on schedule.

Results:

  • 110% total registrations goal hit for this event

  • Roughly 200% increase in attendees from previous event

  • 35% increase in lead generation from previous event

Social media promotional campaign of podcast

Mission:

Promote Permanence AI's public sector message by recording a professional podcast segment & promoting it through LinkedIn promotion, Amplify promotion, and an email campaign

Challenge:

Permanence.ai's public sector presence was relatively new when this campaign launched. This was their first podcast segment they recorded for a public sector audience and required heavy guidance on creation & execution.

Solution:

Our team coordinated the segment from script formulation to production and A/V execution to create a professional public sector facing message for a new brand. This campaign was one of the first that inspired the vendor to move through our vendor pipeline at an accelerated rate.

Results:

  • 12% increase open rate from previous email campaign

  • Greater brand visibility for the Permanence Podcast 

  • Roughly %1,220 increase in CTR from previous campaign

New vendor onboarding and brand strategy creation

Mission:

Construct a public sector brand message for this new vendor.

Challenge:

CloudNova Technologies had previously been one of my vendors with the least cultivated marketing & branding strategy for the public sector.

Solution:

I managed several branding & strategy meetings which led to the construction of a unique and compelling GTM strategy.

Results:

  • A specific mission & vision were set for the public sector 

  • A consistently branded microsite was stood up promoting the public sector message

  • Brand guidelines were specified for future campaigns
