Challenge:
Prior to this campaign, vendor engagement was steadily decreasing and total vendor investment per quarter was dropping.
Solution:
This project roughly tripled new vendor email campaign output for the year. New vendor onboarding increased by 60%. In addition, new vendor engagement rose by roughly %200 leading to increased vendor ROI.

Mission:
Increase Public Sector-Focused Brand Awareness
Challenge:
IBM needed to promote a niche message tailored to public sector agencies to promote their watsonX AI capabilities.
Solution:
I created a public sector-facing webinar that promoted IBM's public sector message to DoD, IC, and CIV federal agencies.

Focus: Vendor-hosted Onsite Lead Generation Campaign
Mission:
Drive a minimum of 100 total registrations with 2 qualified leads toward an onsite hosted event promoting HashiCorp's public sector brand message.
Challenge:
I had helped prepare HashiCorp with an avg of 3 tradeshows & sponsorships per month, but creating a vendor-led event was fairly new to their team.
Solution:
I coordinated a venue space, production/AV services, content services, speaker/agenda details, and promotional services to create a successful onsite event focused around HashiCorp's public sector message.

Mission:
Promote Permanence AI's public sector message by recording a professional podcast segment & promoting it through LinkedIn promotion, Amplify promotion, and an email campaign
Challenge:
Permanence.ai's public sector presence was relatively new when this campaign launched. They had little to no experience in how to promote themselves to public sector audiences.
Solution:
We planned & recorded a professional podcast segment which was promoted through a social media and email campaign.
