Focus: Email Campaigns

Mission:

Re-engage new clients with the goal of launching 100 new vendor campaigns in 100 days. I personally launched 20% of total campaigns myself.

Challenge:

Prior to this campaign, vendor engagement was steadily decreasing and total vendor investment per quarter was dropping.

Solution:

This project roughly tripled new vendor email campaign output for the year. New vendor onboarding increased by 60%. In addition, new vendor engagement rose by roughly %200 leading to increased vendor ROI.

Results

  • 103 campaigns successfully launched in 100 days. 20 campaigns launched personally

  • Roughly 250% increase in Q3 new email campaign creation 

  • 55% avg. increase in personal new vendor campaign engagement

Project Background

Focus: Webinar Execution & Promotion

 

Mission:

Increase Public Sector-Focused Brand Awareness

Challenge:

IBM needed to promote a niche message tailored to public sector agencies to promote their watsonX AI capabilities.

Solution:

I created a public sector-facing webinar that promoted IBM's public sector message to DoD, IC, and CIV federal agencies.

Results

  • 65% avg increase in total registration from 1st campaign

  • Roughly 73% increase in customer engagement and open rate from 1st campaign

  • Roughly 235% increase in CTR (Click Through Rate)

Project Background

Focus:  Vendor-hosted Onsite Lead Generation Campaign

 

Mission:

Drive a minimum of 100 total registrations with 2 qualified leads toward an onsite hosted event promoting HashiCorp's public sector brand message.

Challenge:

I had helped prepare HashiCorp with an avg of 3 tradeshows & sponsorships per month, but creating a vendor-led event was fairly new to their team.

Solution:

I coordinated a venue space, production/AV services, content services, speaker/agenda details, and promotional services to create a successful onsite event focused around HashiCorp's public sector message.

Results

  • 133% total registrations goal hit for this event

  • 200% increase qualified leads confirmed from last event

  • 35% increase in microsite's customer engagement for Q3 tied to this event

Focus:  Social media promotional campaign of podcast

 

Mission:

Promote Permanence AI's public sector message by recording a professional podcast segment & promoting it through LinkedIn promotion, Amplify promotion, and an email campaign

Challenge:

Permanence.ai's public sector presence was relatively new when this campaign launched. They had little to no experience in how to promote themselves to public sector audiences.

Solution:

We planned & recorded a professional podcast segment which was promoted through a social media and email campaign.

Results

  • Roughly 25% increase in website traffic for Q3

  • 43% increase in open rate from previous campaign

  • Roughly %200 increase in CTR from last campaign

Focus: New vendor onboarding and brand strategy creation

 

Mission:

Construct a public sector message for this new vendor

Challenge:

CloudNova Technologies had previously been one of my vendors with the least cultivated marketing & branding strategy for the public sector.

Solution:

Strategy meetings were run and led by me to consult on how to best construct a unique and compelling GTM strategy.

Results

  • A specific mission & vision were set for the public sector 

  • A consistently branded microsite was stood up promoting the public sector message

  • Brand guidelines were specified for future campaigns
